ResumesAI is an AI-powered resume analysis platform that provides:

• Overall resume quality scores and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility scores
• Section-by-section analysis and feedback
• Keyword optimization suggestions
• AI-generated improved resume versions
• Interactive AI chat for personalized resume advice
• PDF download of improved resumes

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

ResumesAI operates on a credit-based system. Each resume analysis requires one credit.

• Credits can be purchased individually or in packages
• Payments are processed via USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency
• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account
• Credits do not expire
• Pricing is subject to change; existing credits remain valid regardless of price changes

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is malicious, offensive, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload documents that are not resumes or CVs (e.g., spam, copyrighted material not belonging to you)

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the resumes and documents you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the analysis service.

6.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, algorithms, and content (excluding user-uploaded documents), is the property of ResumesAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Analysis results, improved resume text, and AI chat responses generated for you are yours to use freely. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs based on your input.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee that the AI analysis is error-free or will meet your specific requirements
• ATS scores are estimates based on AI analysis and may not reflect actual ATS system results
• We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or career outcomes based on our analysis
• The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumesAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI (for AI analysis), Google Drive (for file import), and others. Your use of these integrations is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may also terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
